We start (as we do with every project) with learning about you and your brand. finding out what you’re trying to do, what you’ve already got and where you need some help.
You don’t need to turn up with a perfect brief. Just a goal! We can work on the rest with you.
Once we know what we’re dealing with, we’ll recommend what makes sense.
Maybe you're starting from scratch and need a full launch campaign and new website. Or your current website needs a little revamp. It might be the copy on your site could do with updating, you want to engage your existing users more via email or perhaps it's a combination of things.
And if you don’t need something, we’ll tell you that too.
Once we’ve agreed the plan, we do what we said we’d do.
You’ll know what’s happening and when we need something from you, without spending half your week in update meetings.
All our website offerings come with fully comprehensive support after completion.
Firstly, your website will be built on a platform that’s user-friendly by nature, so making updates yourself is simple.
Secondly, once everything’s ready, we’ll have a proper sit-down to run through the site with you, show you how everything works and answer any questions you have.
Thirdly (no, we’re not done yet), you’ll receive a personalised video tutorial that you can refer back to whenever you need it.
So, once we’re done, you’re not tethered to us - we’re not the clingy type.
